Logan:
- Our little boy turned two a few weeks ago and a number of words come to mind to descibe him: wild, adventurous, silly, happy, onry, naughty, crazy, sweet and stubborn. And amazingly he can be all of these at the same time!
- Logan's favorite things to do: when mom and dad chase him around the house, to be tickled, playing outside, playing with his trucks and watching the wheels turn, watching mickey mouse, sing and act out various songs, dance, put chapstick on (this is funny to watch), jump in his bounce house, climb anything, chase his dogs around, read books, help mom cook
- Some of Logan's favorite foods: pizza, honeycrisp apples, gummy snacks, bananas, graham crackers, raisens, cheetos, suckers, mac and cheese, jelly, mandarin oranges, ravioli, spaghetti, strawberry mini-wheats cereal, yogurt, applesauce
- We are still working with Logan on his vocabulary. He "talks" a lot but not much that we can understand. Some of the things we can understand include: Outside, no, what is that, daddy, gummy, nummy, einsteins, jump
- He loves big trucks and construction equipment. We have an area under construction on the way to daycare/work and everyday he looks for the big dumptrucks and backhoes and always gets excited when he sees them.
- Logan's is a little jealous of his brother but he is very good with him and looks out for him. Pat told me a story the other day that was cute. Luke and Logan were hanging out in the living room while Pat was cooking in the kitchen. Pat looked around the corner and saw that Luke's blanket had fallen off of him. He finished stirring what he was making and went out to put Luke's blanket on him but when he went in the living room Luke already had his blanket on him and had one of his toys on top of the blanket. Logan had put the blanket on him and given him a toy! How cute is that! Logan also loves to give his brother kisses.
- Logan had his two year check-up and all went well. His height and weight are still on the lower end for his age. He was in the 15th percentaile for both when compared to kids his age.
Luke:
- Is such a happy baby! We love to watch him smile and he loves to giggle and laugh!
- He loves to watch Logan play and you can tell he just can't wait until he can join him!
- He likes to watch snoopy run around the house. He smiles at her anytime she walks or runs by him.
- It won't be much longer (I hope) before Luke is sleeping through the night. Right now he usually wakes up once during the night and falls back asleep right away.
- Loves going to Robin's house (his daycare teacher) and spending the day with the girls. Robin watches two little girls that are 2 and 3 and the 3 year old loves to read and talk to Luke. Robin sends me picture messages during the day of them interacting together.
- He is already protective of his brother as well. Pat was tickling Logan the other day and Logan was laughing really hard almost like he was crying. Luke was sitting on my lap close by just watching and then all of the sudden just started screaming. Pat stopped tickling Logan and Luke stopped screaming and just looked at him all mad. It was the funniest thing ever and it was really like Luke was mad at his dad for hurting Logan!
- Luke was on the upper end of height and weight at his 2 month check-up. He was in the 85th percentile. His 4-month check-up is next week and we'll see where his is at that point.

I have also posted a number of other photos from the past few months. I've entered them as separate blog entries. When you get to the end of this page click for older posts to see more of the new pics! Enjoy!
