2010 year in review (Facebook style)

I love how Facebook has allowed me to stay in touch with so many friends and family. I saw a facebook friend do something similar and decided to share with you some of my 2010 Facebook status updates - many that have something to do with the boys! Crazy how much happens within a years time - it was fun for me to remember what was going on during each of these posts. Enjoy!

• January 22 - The pregnancy no sleep thing has started already...it's way too early for this.


• February 5 - I hate when you have an allergic reation to something but you have no idea what it is! My eyelids are swollen and itchy!


• February 8 - I wish my work cafeteria had super bowl sunday food today. I don't think I got enough cheese dip, little smokies or things covered in chocolate yesterday. I want more!


• February 16 - It's a.........BOY! Pat, big brother Logan, and I are all very excited! I'm a little scared about being outnumbered 3 to 1!


• February 28 - Had a fun weekend with friends and kiddos!


• March 18 - Logan has officially turned into a wild man and he has no fear. I already see many trips to the ER in our future.


• March 31 - Not a good night to be in class. Wish I was at home with my boys grilling!!!


• April 14 - Logan and I enjoyed our day at home today! Play outside, lunch, nap, play outside some more. Good thing we're both on the same schedule!


• May 2 – Got a sneek peek at Baby Morrison #2 today. Handsome as can be!


• May 6 - jordan and i are at taylor swift!!


• May 8 - Just got back from trying to eat dinner at a restaurant that was out of highchairs. You can imagine how that went with a 19 mo old. Logan made it until our food arrived before he went crazy. Fun times...


• May 16 - Nice relaxing weekend...farmer's market, movies, finished planting and best of all no more papers to write or cases to read!!


• June 4 - Watching Logan watch Pat mow the lawn. He loves that lawn mower!


• June 9 - Baby is trying to kick his way out tonight. Only about 3 weeks to go!


• June 16 - Logan and I enjoyed storytime at the library today (even though Logan only lasted about 5 minutes) and our first trip to the pool this summer! Logan again showed that he's scared of nothing and went down the water slide multiple times!


• June 20 - Happy Father's Day! Logan and Pat are watching Mickey Mouse all morning in celebration :-)


• June 29 - Last day of work for about 12 weeks! Just a little excited :-)


• July 2 - Luke William Morrison joined us at 7:39 am. 8 lbs 5 oz, 20 1/2 inches and he is as handsome as his daddy and big brother! All is going well!


• July 7 - Feeling very blessed with the three men in my life! :-)


• August 4 - So excited that I got both boys down for a nap at the same time! Nap time for me! Crazy what gets me excited these days. :-)


• August 14 - Wore out from a fun day at the farm with the boys!


• August 15 - Naps now and state fair later. Should I go with the chocolate covered tiramisu on a stick or the frozen s'more on a stick?


• August 17 - It must be love when I buy my husband Madden 11 for our anniversary.


• August 21 - life is a runaway train i cant wait to jump on! Sugarland was a great concert!


• August 26 - Back in class again...and again I wish I was home with the boys! Only two semesters left!


• August 28 - ‎9 hours straight last night - good job Luke!!


• August 29 - Suitcase 1, Corey 0. Why must I pack enough clothes for a month when I'll only be gone for a week?


• September 2 - Luke attended his first football game tonight (at least one quarter of it) and Logan only kicked the guys sitting in front of us about 50 times. Congrats to Uncle Tim and Grand Valley State on their first game win!!


• September 10 - Q: How do you keep a Cyclone out of your yard?
  A: Paint an end zone line and put up a goal post


• September 21 - Heading to KC this weekend to cheer on Pat's 49ers. Should I wear: a)my Vikings jersey b) a Raiders t-shirt or c) my 1992 Tipton Tigers jr high basketball jersey.


• September 26 - Home from watching the 49ers get whipped up on by the Chiefs. Excited for Grandma and Grandpa to get home with the boys!


• October 2 - ‎2 years ago today I met you for the first time and you were the sweetest little thing ever. Today you tell me no, throw food on the floor, take your diaper off and pee on the floor, do flips off the couch, and make me watch Mickey Mouse all day...but I love you even more! Happy birthday Logan!


• October 12 - My "little" Logan had his 2 year check-up today and is only in the 14th percentile for height/weight for kids his age. Looks like he got mommy's height. Luke on the other hand is in the 85th and 95th percentile - he got the mailman's height/weight :-) j/k


• October 13 - I guess being a shorty doesn't affect Logan's monkey abilities. Found him playing with his toys outside of his crib this morning.


• October 20 - Feeling defeated after trying to get family pictures taken. I definitely lost that battle. :-)


• October 23 - Up early to Race for the Cure! Then off to IC for a Hawkeye win! Rain, rain go away, come back another day.


• November 11 - This week and especially today during veterans day, I'm reminded about how truly blessed I am for everything in my life. Some things just put everything in perspective for us!


• November 24 - Garth on Oprah today, love him..."sometimes I thank god for unanswered prayers, some of god's greatest gifts are unanswered prayers...."


• November 26 - Just bought my first smartphone and I'm pretty pumped about it!


• November 28 - Both of my boys are now wearing the same size diapers. One giant baby and one mini toddler.


• December 5 - Great night with great friends. Thanks for all the birthday wishes. Love you all and good night.


• December 12 - Wondering who decided "winter" doesn't start until December 21
